The streetcar in New Orleans runs 24 hours a day. Guests may catch it at the corner of Carondelet Street and Canal Street. It’s a lovely way to explore the many diverse neighborhoods in the Garden District and beyond.
You may purchase streetcar passes:
- On-board, directly with the bus driver with cash/exact change
- On your GoMobile App on your smartphone
- Online with MyRTA and have them delivered to the hotel
- Local stores — Ask our concierge about nearby stores that sell the passes.
- From Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) — There are four near the hotel along Canal Street.
Hotel Tonnelle offers valet parking for $45. Self-parking is available nearby at Ace Parking, 2203 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA 70130.
Hotel Tonnelle New Orleans does not offer an airport shuttle. However, you may travel to our hotel by bus, taxi, private car, or towncar.
We allow a maximum of two pets per room, with a $75 nonrefundable fee per stay. Maximum allowed pet weight is 80 pounds.
You can check in at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m.
Yes. We have an onsite market where you can purchase small necessities, as well as commemorative Hotel Tonnelle merchandise.
Yes, our fitness center is available for guests seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The fitness center features cardiovascular equipment, elliptical machines, exercise bikes, free weights, strength equipment, and treadmills.
